Exchange & Refund Policy

We put great care into every order we send out. However, if something goes wrong on our end, we will always take responsibility and make it right through an exchange.

when a refund may be issued:

A refund will be considered only in the following situations:

Order never delivered — your order was not delivered within the expected timeframe and the courier has confirmed it as lost.
Payment error — you were charged but your order was never confirmed or processed on our end.


Cases eligible for refund or exchange:

You can raise either a refund or an exchange request for any of the following:

✔  Wrong item received

You received a different product, design or colour from what you ordered.

✔  Wrong size dispatched

The size delivered is different from the size on your order confirmation.


 Manufacturing or print defect

Faded print, misaligned graphic, ink smear or any visible quality fault present on arrival.


✔  Damaged in transit

Item arrived physically torn, stained or broken due to shipping handling.

 For all valid cases above — the choice is yours. Want a replacement? We'll send one. Want your money back? We'll refund it. Free return shipping included either way.


What is not covered:

Worn, washed or altered items — items must be unused and in original condition.

Requests after 48 hours of delivery — please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
Change of mind after delivered — we do not accept returns or refunds for orders you no longer want.

  

How to raise a request:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

1. Email support@weavvi.com — Subject: "Refund/Exchange Request – [Order Number]"
2. Attach clear photos of the issue — front, back and a close-up of the defect or damage.
3. Tell us your preference — refund or exchange. We'll honor your choice.
4. We review within 2 business days and confirm if your request qualifies.
5. Refund processed within 5–7 business days or replacement dispatched within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
